Scannell Properties announces a new major hire as it prepares for further growth across Europe
Scannell Properties, the American private investment and development company, focused on large-scale industrial and logistics projects has announced that James Beatty will join the company as Project & Construction Manager for France.
Based in the Paris office, James will manage the construction of all French projects, as the company continues its programme to develop speculative and build-to-suit logistic space across Europe. James will oversee all the activities of Project Construction Management, Site Management, Safety Management and will be a key advisor for technical and contractual aspects for clients.
James brings over 10 years of experience and joins the company from International Real Estate and Construction Consultancy, Gleeds. Most recently he held the position of Senior Project Manager where he oversaw the delivery of major logistics developments across France.
