Scannell Properties adds real estate attorney Courtney Kanzinger as Counsel
Scannell Properties, an international commercial real estate developer, has welcomed esteemed attorney Courtney Kanzinger as Counsel to the Legal team.
Kanzinger provides expert legal counsel on all real estate matters including acquisition, sales, financing, contract negotiation and development.
Most recently, Kanzinger was senior vice president and associate general counsel for Logistics Property Company, LLC, a national real estate developer. She also spent six years practicing real estate law in private law firms and a real estate development trust in Chicago and Indianapolis.
Courtney earned a Juris Doctorate from the Indiana University School of Law (2011) and a Bachelor of Science in Honors Economics from Purdue University (2007). She is a member of the Indianapolis Bar Association and was selected to the Super Lawyers Rising Stars List for 2014.
