OUR HISTORY

Bob Scannell, CEO, and Doug Snyder, COO, founded Scannell Properties in 1990 with a vision to design and deliver top-quality commercial building services with a personalized touch. They formed Scannell Properties with the financial capacity to fund investments and developments. This frees up time and cuts through red tape, enabling efficient execution and on-time completion.

Headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana, U.S.A., Scannell Properties is a privately held commercial real estate development company with 13 regional offices across the U.S., Canada and Europe. Since 1990, we have completed hundreds of projects for FedEx, Best Buy, GE, Nestle, General Mills and many other national and global companies.

We value our client relationships. We do exactly what we say we are going to do and make sure our clients are pleased with the process.
