Scannell Properties was established in 1990 by Bob Scannell, CEO, and Doug Snyder, COO, who shared a vision to deliver exceptional commercial building services with a personalized approach. From its inception, the company was built with the financial strength to fund its own investments and developments, allowing for streamlined processes and timely project completion.
Headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana, Scannell Properties began as a family-led business dedicated to building long-term partnerships and fostering innovation in commercial real estate. Over the decades, the company has grown significantly, expanding its reach to operate 17 offices globally, and projects throughout the U.S., Canada, and Europe. Scannell Properties achieved a major milestone with its entrance into the European marketplace in 2018. This growth reflects Scannell’s commitment to adapting to market needs and embracing innovative practices around the world.
Since its founding, Scannell Properties has managed and completed hundreds of projects for renowned clients including FedEx, Amazon, GE, Nestle, and General Mills, among other global organizations. To me this Legend award has two meanings, one of which is gratitude that I am being recognized as an industry leader, but more important is the fact that Scannell is leaving both a personal and company legacy in our industry, and we will continue to grow and be successful.
