Scannell Properties promotes Jacob Holdeman to Director of Development for Atlanta market
Scannell Properties, an international commercial real estate developer, has promoted Jacob Holdeman to director of development for the Atlanta, GA, market. In this role, Jacob will oversee site selection and acquisition, due diligence, entitlements, development, design, construction, and leasing for all speculative and build-to-suit opportunities in the greater Atlanta area.
Jacob has been with Scannell Properties since 2020, most recently as a senior development associate in the Indianapolis office. Prior to joining Scannell Properties, Jacob was an analyst with Venture One Real Estate and a consultant with EY, both in Chicago.
