Scannell Properties bring 7,800 m² last mile logistics property to the market in Rome

Scannell Properties, the private American real estate investment and development company focused on the management of large-scale industrial and logistics projects, continues to invest and develop in Italy, bringing Logistic Park Roma Centro to the market.

The Grade A, new logistics warehouse is located in Rome in the EAST quadrant on Via di Birolli, only 10km to the city centre and with a consumer pool of 3.5 million people within a 45-minute van drive time. The site is just 2 km from Rome’s major ring road, the Grande Raccordo Anulare (GRA) and a short distance from the A24 “Strada dei Parchi” motorway, which connects Rome to Teramo and the A1.
