Scannell Properties promotes Ralph Shiley to Chief Investment Officer
Scannell Properties, an international commercial real estate developer, has appointed Ralph Shiley as the company’s first Chief Investment Officer. In this role, Shiley directs all capital deployment activities and investment strategies.
Shiley has been in the capital group at Scannell Properties since 2004, overseeing acquisitions and dispositions, debt and equity. Prior to that, he was a vice president at Key Bank and director at HFF in Indianapolis.
“As Scannell Properties expands in new markets across the U.S. and Europe, our capital strategy will guide our ability to meet growth goals and provide effective solutions for our clients,” said Shiley. “My role involves optimizing our capital stack, transaction structuring, and overseeing the execution of diverse real estate transactions at Scannell.”
