What’s Under Development at Scannell Properties?
Scannell Properties has launched a podcast, called Under Development, and the first episode is now available on all your favorite podcast listening platforms like Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Deezer, and Amazon.
Hosted by Jay Tanjuan, Scannell’s director of development for Southern California, each episode will include engaging conversation covering tips and trends in logistics and industrial real estate.
Podcast episodes will feature a development executive in a different geographic market, covering the United States and parts of Canada and Europe. Guests will include experts from different parts of the development spectrum, including construction, capital and brokerage.
First up is a discussion with Tim Elam, managing director at Scannell, covering trends in supply and demand, inflation and interest rates and how that effects current and future development plans.
