Scannell Properties will lease a 77,000 square foot warehouse in Duncan, a town in Spartanburg County, South Carolina, for Brose - the world's fifth-largest family-owned automotive supplier.  They will be occupying a portion of Building 1, a 155,000 square foot spec facility, at Hillside Park.

New Operations Will Handle Production for Riddell: A premier designer and developer of football helmets, protective sports equipment, head impact monitoring technologies, apparel and related accessories.

The City of Rock Hill in South Carolina is pouring nearly $5 million into the renovation of  the Legacy West Industrial Park - the first step in a larger development that could total $270 million and attract more than 1,800 jobs. And Scannell Properties is well poised to make it all happen.
