odd is managing director of the Northern California office, focused on development projects in the western United States. Todd oversees due diligence, acquisitions, entitlements, design development, construction, leasing and ultimately dispositions of large industrial properties and redevelopment of infill property including light, industrial, R & D and office.
Prior to working at Scannell Properties, Todd worked for AMB Property Corporation (now Prologis) as a vice president in charge of development in Northern California, Oregon and Washington. He started his career at LNR Property Corporation, working on its military base conversion projects in Northern California. During his career, he has been responsible for all segments of the development process and has completed in excess of $1 billion in projects.
Todd is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Oregon.
