Mike Simmons is a director of Construction, working from the Indianapolis office at Scannell Properties. He has been with Scannell since 2015.
Prior to joining Scannell Properties, Mike spent more than 20 years in a variety of roles including structural engineering in the heavy industrial field; construction development and general contractor work, and federal government contracting. His experience ranges from heavy industrial, light commercial, office, and retail , to government contracting and building operations, maintenance and repair.
Prior to Scannell Properties, Mike was director of retail construction for Lauth Property Group, followed by a career with Customs and Border Protection’s Office of Administration.
Mike attended Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana, where he graduated with Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering specializing in structural engineering.
