As Head of Construction, Italy, Ivan has specific responsibility to all Pre-Construction activities (technical due diligence of the land, issuing of building permits, relations with public administrations, stipulation of agreements, etc.) and oversee the design and construction of development projects across Italy.
Ivan has more than 25 years of experience in Project, Property e Client management. Prior to joining the company he spent seven years with Prologis where he most recently held the role of Vice President, Property and Project Management for Italy. Ivan has a degree in Structural Engineering from the University of Pavia and Post Graduate qualifications in Real Estate and Energy Management from Politecnico di Milano School of Management.
