Fiori leads global capital formation and business development initiatives at Scannell Properties. Bringing 23 years of experience in real estate investment and capital markets, she is focused on expanding and diversifying the firm’s institutional partnerships while broadening its investment product platform.
Throughout her career, Fiori has played a key role in closing more than $40 billion in commercial real estate transactions across the United States and internationally. Before joining Scannell Properties, she held positions at Eastdil Secured and JLL in Chicago and New York, where she advised institutional clients on acquisitions, debt and equity strategies, and the structuring and execution of the full capital stack.
She earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance–Real Estate and International Business from Indiana University in Bloomington and is fluent in English, Albanian, Italian, and Spanish.
