Scannell Properties recruits Youssef Mansouri as Development Manager, France
Scannell Properties, the industrial and logistics investment and development specialist has appointed Youssef Mansouri as Development Manager, France.
Youssef will be responsible for managing all aspects of Scannell’s development projects across France, from assessing technical feasibility through to building delivery, as well as arranging and obtaining the necessary permits and monitoring construction.
A qualified engineer, he brings over a decade’s experience in logistics real estate development, most recently as Project Manager at Télamon, the logistics developer and asset manager, prior to which he was Head of Construction Projects for Lidl France’s Property Department after starting his career at Bouygues. His background working on behalf of and in-house for occupiers will further enable Scannell’s team to anticipate and respond to tenant’s needs and design flexible and high specification space that focuses directly on improving our clients’ efficiencies.

His first major project will be to upgrade and expand the recently bought multimodal platform in Strasbourg. He will also oversee new projects and report to Hugues Desbarrières directly.
