Leonie Mohr Joins German Team as Project Manager
Leonie Mohr will join Scannell Properties as Project Manager, Germany effective 1 November. Mohr previously held various roles at Goldbeck International GmbH, including construction management and sales, and has many years of practical experience and comprehensive technical expertise in logistics property construction. In future, her new role will encompass the development, management and execution of real estate projects as well as commercial tasks.
Amid the multitude of current challenges facing the property market, Mohr also sees tangible opportunities: “It is precisely now that opportunities for innovative, sustainable solutions are emerging. It is important to me to take a holistic view of complex projects and develop solutions that are both sustainable and technically and economically convincing,” she explains. “Europe is one of the most advanced logistics markets in the world, and Germany, with its central location, plays a crucial role. With Mohr’s hire, the third this year in Germany, Scannell Properties’ growth trajectory continues to take shape. The expansion is focussed on the company’s core strength of developing build-to-suit logistics facilities for both national and international occupiers; the German team recently secured major instructions from ID Logistics in Steinau an der Straße and Lidl in Hollfeld.
