Oscar forms part of the company’s legal group, with responsibilities for providing guidance and implementation with respect to the company’s legal affairs, promoting the realization of the company’s acquisition, leasing, development, financing and other transactional activities.
Oscar has over 25 years’ legal experience, 9 of which were as legal advisor at Merlin Properties. He has a degree in Law, specialized in Legal-Business from the Universidad San Pablo CEU in Madrid.
