We go above and beyond environmental regulations to develop projects with reduced carbon footprints, sympathetic to the needs of local communities and biodiversity.
Our 3-Step Approach
Minimise Construction Impact
Whenever feasible, we prioritize redeveloping brownfield sites and upgrading existing structures. We recycle materials found onsite and source building materials that have a reduced carbon footprint.

Protect Local Biodiversity
At the outset of every project, we collaborate with local specialists to assess and implement strategies that safeguard and enhance habitats for native plant and animal species. In addition, we actively participate in national and local programs to go beyond standard regulatory requirements; for instance, in France, we have embraced the BiodiverCity label.
Design Sustainable Buildings
Our buildings in Europe are all BREEAM, LEED or DGNB certified. To reduce energy and water consumption, we implement various strategies, including advanced building management systems and solar panel roofing. We design with adaptability in mind, creating versatile spaces that can easily be reconfigured to meet the evolving need of occupiers.
