As Associate Director Capital Deployment, Ignacio supports key decision making on the company’s Spanish capital investment strategy. In his role Ignacio has responsibilities for the underwriting, acquisition, financing and disposal of speculative and build-to-suit asset development opportunities as well as overseeing budget monitoring, reporting, and financial processes.
With more than 10 years of experience, before joining Scannell in 2022, Ignacio has been part of the Financial & Asset Management department of the European company McArthurGlen Group for two years and, previously, he worked in the Family Office of the Persán, the European’s lider manufacturer of detergents and healthcare, managing financial investments in various sectors.
