Scannell Properties inaugurates its first Spanish Project and leases it to multinational Daher
Scannell Properties, a real estate development and investment company specialising in large-scale industrial and logistics projects, has inaugurated its first logistics platform in Spain, in the Barcelona suburb of Santa Perpetua de Mogoda. The new logistics centre has been leased to the company Daher, an aircraft manufacturer and supplier of industrial equipment and logistics and supply chain services.
The official inauguration of the new logistics centre was attended by the Scannell Properties management team including Javier Inchauspe, Managing Director in Spain and Amaury Gariel, Managing Director for Europe. Executives from Daher and other companies and institutions linked to the project were also present.
Logistic Park Santa Perpetua de Mogoda is the first project completed by the company in Spain. A 20,600 m2 logistics platform on a 41,500 m2 plot, the new centre has been designed to the highest construction standards and with a sustainable orientation. Its strong location, in the principal industrial area of Barcelona with ease of access to the main roads to Barcelona, the port of Barcelona and France make this property one of the best-in-class in the area.
