Ivan Poletti takes on the role of Head of Construction Italy at Scannell Properties

Ivan Poletti takes on the role of Head of Construction Italy in Scannell Properties, a private real estate investment and development company specializing in large-scale industrial and logistics projects.

Poletti, who has over 20 years of experience in the Italian real estate market, joined Scannell Properties in 2019, shortly after it launched operations in Italy. He was instrumental in the company’s growth, contributing to, among other activities, the completion of ten projects during that period, totaling 170,000 m².

In his role as Head of Construction Italy, Ivan will lead a team tasked with further enhancing the innovation and excellence of Scannell’s Italian operations as the company continues to expand its presence in the country. Specifically, his mission will be to optimize the pre-construction and construction phases, to ensure that each project is aligned with Scannell’s commitment to quality, sustainability and innovation.
