Walker is a senior development manager, responsible for managing industrial real estate projects in California and throughout the Southeastern region of the United States. He oversees all phases of ground-up and redevelopment projects including acquisition, due diligence, entitlements, design, lease negotiations and construction. Walker has developed retail and industrial real estate in more than 10 states and holds a professional engineering license in Illinois and Mississippi. Throughout his time at Scannell Properties, Walker has been involved in more than $50M in acquisitions & dispositions and managed projects totaling over $600M.
Walker joined Scannell in 2021 working from the San Francisco Bay Area office until June 2026, when he will begin working from Scannell’s Atlanta office focusing on industrial real estate developments in the southeastern region of the United States.
Walker earned a bachelor’s degree in civil and environmental engineering from Mississippi State University and leverages his experience and education in engineering, construction and development to provide continual outstanding service to Scannell’s clients.
