Tom is a senior development manager for Scannell Properties, where he is responsible for site selection, acquisition, due diligence, entitlements, and financial analysis and structuring of new developments and existing assets within Scannell’s multifamily and student housing portfolio.
Since joining Scannell in 2017, Tom has contributed to the development and delivery of 3,449 units (8,988 beds) with direct involvement in over $2 billion of transaction volume across development, financing, and dispositions.
Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Real Estate from Indiana University.
