Tim is a managing director, responsible for Scannell Properties’ Corporate Service accounts throughout the United States. He oversees the entire development process including land acquisition, due diligence, entitlements, lease negotiations, construction and client services. Throughout his time at Scannell Properties, Tim has completed more than 5 million square feet of industrial, office and retail development.
In 2011, Tim opened Scannell’s Minneapolis office. The office has grown significantly in the last decade with a team of more than 20 developers working on both local and national opportunities.
Tim leverages his experience and education in finance, engineering and construction management to provide continual outstanding service to Scannell’s clients. He earned a master’s degree in Business Administration from Purdue University’s Krannert School of Management, a master’s degree in Construction Engineering and Management from Purdue University and a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Michigan Technological University.
