Shaun is a senior development manager at Scannell Properties. He is responsible for site selection, acquisition, and entitlements for new development and investment opportunities. He manages the development, design and construction process for a variety of projects across the country with a focus on industrial product.
Shaun’s engineering background and experience with the due diligence and development process brings a unique perspective with respect to land use, site constraints, and risk mitigation. Prior to joining Scannell, Shaun had more than 17 years of experience as a civil/site engineer for a variety of product types including industrial, commercial, hospitality, single & multi-family, municipal, healthcare, sports venues, federal and higher education.
Shaun received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Evansville.
