Sara Stone is the property operations coordinator at Scannell Properties. In this role, Sara bridges internal departments, external vendors, and members of the property management ream to ensure a seamless transition of assets from construction through stabilization and into long-term operations. Sara oversees and coordinates maintenance and repair services across the stabilized portfolio and is the primary point of contact for new tenant onboarding.
Sara joined Scannell Properties as office manager for the Minnesota office in 2021 and advanced to assistant property manager prior to her current position. She has more than 5 years of experience in multifamily property management and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, along with a Master of Arts in Physical Anthropology from New York University.
