Ryan Lovell

Ryan Lovell brings more than 20 years of real estate experience with a focus on speculative industrial development, complex build-to-suits, and railroad/logistics terminals. As Director of Development based in Houston, Ryan develops and implements market strategy while overseeing all marketing and leasing efforts and focusing on identifying, sourcing, and executing land and building acquisitions and speculative and build-to-suit development opportunities in Southeast Texas. During his career, Ryan has amassed 3,600+ acres of land and led the successful development of 8+ million square feet of industrial projects and 200+ miles of private railroad.

Prior to joining Scannell Properties, Ryan was Vice President at both Molto Properties and National Property Holdings where he was instrumental in land acquisitions, planning, entitlements, construction, leasing and disposition of speculative and build-to-suit projects. He actively managed 8+ million square feet of industrial buildings and 80+ properties, including 6 large-scale, rail-served industrial parks/terminals across Texas and Louisiana.

Ryan received his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Bucknell University in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania and began his real estate career as a Licensed Professional Engineer.
