Rutger is a senior development associate and works in all aspects of the development process from site selection to construction management and business development.
Prior to joining Scannell, Rutger worked in the occupier services division of JLL, where he represented corporate clients around the county to locate, negotiate, and acquire key office and industrial holdings. Rutger holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of St. Thomas and an MBA and Masters in Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin.
