Neal Maranuk is a development associate at Scannell Properties with more than a decade of experience across commercial and multifamily real estate, specializing in acquisitions, development underwriting, and capital execution.
Prior to Scannell, Neal served as an investment management professional at Landmark Properties, where he was responsible for a portfolio totaling nearly $2 billion and supported development‑driven acquisitions and recapitalizations alongside equity partners, lenders, and internal construction teams. Neal has directly participated in the sourcing, underwriting, and closing of more than $175 million in transactions through roles at Three Pillars Asset Management and Rockstep, holding management responsibilities across acquisitions and asset management.
Earlier in his career, Neal underwrote transactions totaling more than $10 billion in aggregate valuation, with a strong emphasis on industrial assets. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business.
