Nate Hensely

Nate Hensley is the Director of Accounting at Scannell Properties. Nate oversees the overall accounting function and is also responsible for long-term cash flow forecasting.

Prior to joining Scannell Properties, Nate worked for Duke Realty Corporation for 17 years, most recently as senior vice president of financial reporting and FP&A, through the time of their acquisition. He was also previously a manager in PwC’s Indianapolis audit practice.

Nate earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, Bloomington. He is a licensed CPA in the State of Indiana and a U.S. Army Veteran.
