Mike Perucci is a senior development manager at Scannell Properties where he oversees the full development process for a robust portfolio of industrial projects across the Mid-Atlantic. His current portfolio includes millions of square feet of cross-dock distribution centers, rear-load warehouses, and flex industrial facilities across Virginia, Maryland, and North Carolina.
Prior to Scannell, Mike served as development and construction manager at Rock Creek Companies, where he directed the master development of 550 acres of zoned industrial land in Caroline County, Virginia, overseeing complex infrastructure programs and the ground-up construction of an 80,000-square-foot manufacturing facility for M.C. Dean.
Earlier in his career, Mike built a strong foundation in urban mixed-use and commercial office development, managing high-profile projects at PN Hoffman including the award-winning Wharf development in Washington, D.C. and at DRI Development Services, where he led efforts on notable projects such as the Aerospace Corporation’s East Coast Headquarters and multiple Class A office renovations throughout the Washington, D.C. CBD.
Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate and Finance from the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina and a Master of Professional Studies in Real Estate Development from Georgetown University.
