Michael is a development manager at Scannell Properties. He is responsible for managing and overseeing Scannell’s development for projects across the Midwest and works build-to-suit and speculative developments, collaborating with various team members across Scannell.
In his time with Scannell, Michael has been involved in projects totaling more than 8 million square feet of industrial and retail development.
Michael has more than 15 years of commercial real estate development experience with a variety of product types, including industrial, office, hospitality, multifamily, and retail.
Michael received a Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Design from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Minnesota.
