Matt is a senior development manager at Scannell Properties, responsible for managing and expanding the company’s speculative and build-to-suit developments in Cincinnati, including site selection, land acquisition, due diligence, design, entitlements, construction, lease negotiations, client services and business development. While at Scannell, Matt has developed over 6 million square-feet and $1 billion of new ground up industrial development.
With a background in civil engineering, Matt has extensive experience with the due diligence process and site design that brings a unique perspective with respect to land use, site constraints and risk mitigation.
Matt earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering from Purdue University.
