Mac is a senior development manager at Scannell Properties. He joined the Northern California team in 2019 and works on build-to-suit and speculative industrial projects. His responsibilities include site selection and evaluation, underwriting, entitlement and design, contract negotiation, client services, leasing and sales. Mac manages projects in Northern California throughout the entirety of the development life cycle, from project inception to disposition. Mac has demonstrated expertise in navigating some of California’s complex entitlement challenges.
Prior to joining Scannell, Mac worked as a Financial Analyst for Avison Young, a commercial brokerage in San Francisco. Mac holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan and Masters in Real Estate Development + Design from UC Berkeley. Mac is an active member of SF Bay Area NAIOP.
