Luke Hyde serves as a controller at Scannell Properties, leading a group of draw accountants who handle the company’s development and construction accounting functions. Since joining Scannell Properties in 2014 as an analyst, Luke has steadily advanced within the accounting department, taking on greater responsibilities over time.
In his current role, he manages construction draw processes, oversees development-related accounting, and handles lender reporting. He works collaboratively with the development, capital, and operations teams throughout every stage of the development lifecycle.
Luke holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Butler University.
