Lonnie Garrett is a regional property manager, based in the Scannell Properties’ Kansas City office. He has extensive expertise in managing industrial, office and retail properties across multiple markets.
Prior to Scannell, Lonnie held key roles at CBRE and NorthPoint Development, where he worked with both private and institutional investors. He successfully managed an industrial portfolio exceeding 50 million square feet.
Lonnie holds an Associate’s Degree from Metropolitan Community College and earned his Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
