Linsley Truesdale is vice president of Business Development at Scannell Properties and is based in Dallas, Texas. She focuses on building relationships with corporate real estate leaders, multi-market tenant representation brokers, site selectors, and economic development organizations across North America. Working closely with Scannell’s local market leaders, Linsley helps connect clients with the firm’s existing inventory, land opportunities, and build-to-suit solutions while identifying and communicating substantial real estate requirements across the United States to advance Scannell’s long-term growth objectives.
Prior to joining Scannell, Linsley led national build-to-suit and sale-leaseback business development efforts for InLight Real Estate Partners and previously spent three years with SunCap Property Group’s National Build-to-Suit team. Earlier in her career, she worked with JLL in Miami and Colliers in Boston, supporting clients across the office and life science sectors.
Linsley earned her MBA from Babson College and holds a bachelor’s degree from Boston College. She is active in local chapters of NAIOP and is a member of the NAIOP National Forum – Acquisitions.
