Leo is a development manager at Scannell Properties, responsible for leading speculative and build-to-suit projects, with a focus on expanding the company’s pipeline throughout New England and Savannah, GA, including site selection, land acquisition, due diligence, design, entitlements, construction, lease negotiations and client relationships. Leo has been responsible for developing more than 5 million square feet of industrial space.
Prior to joining Scannell Properties in 2021, Leo spent 5 years as a project manager for a commercial subcontractor in the Twin Cities, before transitioning to a Real Estate & Development role at Life Time, where he focused on new club expansions across the West Coast.
Leo graduated from the University of St. Thomas with a degree in Operations and Supply Chain Management.
