Julie Elliott is an attorney serving as counsel for Scannell Properties. She is primarily responsible for assisting with all aspects of the commercial and industrial development process, including acquisitions, dispositions, debt and equity financing, strategic partnerships, and commercial leasing.
Prior to joining Scannell, Julie was a senior attorney at Krieg DeVault LLP, where she was a member of the firm’s real estate practice group, and has held general counsel and associate general counsel roles for developers of multi-family and senior care. Julie earned a Juris Doctorate from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and a Bachelor of General Studies from Indiana University.
