Jordan Van Den Eng is a senior property manager at Scannell Properties. Jordan has extensive experience in commercial property management and real estate operations.
Prior to Scannell Properties, Jordan managed large-scale commercial portfolios across multiple states, where he implemented strategic frameworks, recovered significant outstanding receivables, and coordinated capital improvement projects. His expertise spans lease administration, vendor management, budgeting, and preventative maintenance planning, ensuring properties operate at peak performance.
Jordan has a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate & Property Management from University of Wisconsin–Stout and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Minnesota. He is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).
