Jon Benedict is a regional property manager for Scannell Properties. He is responsible for managing operational aspects of an industrial portfolio. He has more than 20 years of property management experience.
Prior to Scannell Properties, Jon worked in various property management roles at Hornig Companies, Aeon Properties, and Colliers International.
Jon is versed in residential, office, and commercial management. His skills include sales and marketing, team building, program, project, and operations management, as well as financial analysis and reporting. Jon received his associate’s degree focused on Business Administration and Management from Normandale Community College.
