Jessica DeFrances is a development manager at Scannell Properties. Her responsibilities include overseeing the full development lifecycle of industrial projects throughout the Midwest.
Prior to joining Scannell Properties, Jessica was a project manager at Duke Realty and oversaw projects throughout the United States ranging in size from $1 million tenant fit outs to ground up construction projects over $145 million.
Jessica earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Systems Management from the F.A.B.E School at The Ohio State University.
