Jeremy Smart is a director of Construction, based in the Scannell Properties’ Indianapolis office. He oversees construction development and operations for a large portion of Scannell developments.
Before coming to Scannell Properties, Jeremy was both construction project manager and division manager at Duke Realty. He most recently served as a regional project manager with Amazon.
Jeremy earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate Finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
