Jake is a senior development manager at Scannell Properties where he works in all aspects of the development process including, including land acquisition, due diligence, entitlements, lease negotiations, and client services. Jake has accounted for over 2.75M square feet of development across the United States.
Prior to joining Scannell in 2020, Jake spent more than 5 years in commercial real estate brokerage. Jake received his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Augustana University in Sioux Falls, SD.
