Jacob is a director of development at Scannell Properties. He is responsible for the full development lifecycle including site selection and acquisitions for both speculative and build-to-suit projects in the Atlanta, GA, market. Since joining Scannell, Jacob has overseen industrial development in excess of $1 billion.
Prior to his work with Scannell Properties, Jacob was an analyst with Venture One Real Estate, a Class B Industrial Acquisition Fund, and a consultant with EY, both in Chicago.
Jacob earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance with a minor in Computer Science from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University in Bloomington.
