Erik is a development manager at Scannell Properties, responsible for leading industrial and logistics development projects across the U.S., with a focus on expanding the company’s speculative and build-to-suit development pipeline in Phoenix, Arizona and other markets. This includes identifying prime land sites, site selection, land acquisition, due diligence, design, entitlements, construction, lease negotiations, client services and business development.
Prior to his current role at Scannell Properties, Erik completed internships at the U.S. Department of Commerce in the International Trade Administration, supporting international trade initiatives and economic development, and at Great States Development building foundational skills in property acquisition, project coordination, and market analysis.
Erik holds a Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship with a minor in Business of Healthcare from the University of St. Thomas and was a member of the Division I Varsity Indoor and Outdoor Track & Field Teams. He is actively involved in the commercial real estate community through organizations like NAIOP.
