Erica is the director of mixed-use asset management, where she leads and oversees property and asset management operations for Scannell’s multifamily portfolio. With more than 25 years of experience in the property management industry, she brings extensive expertise in new development projects, conventional and student housing lease-ups, marketing strategy, and strategic planning. Over the course of her career, Erica has managed large, diverse portfolios across multifamily markets throughout the Southeast and Midwest.
Erica holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management and maintains her Indiana Real Estate License. In 2007, she was honored as Property Manager of the Year by the Indiana Apartment Association. Erica earned her Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Indiana University Kelley School of Business.
