Erica serves as the director of mixed-use asset management and is responsible for leading and overseeing property and asset management for Scannell’s multifamily portfolio. She has worked in the property management industry for over two decades, and has extensive experience and expertise in new developments, conventional and student lease-ups, marketing strategies and strategic planning. Throughout her career, Erica has overseen large portfolios throughout the Southeast and Midwest multifamily markets.
Erica holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management and in 2007 was named the Indiana Apartment Association Manager of the Year. Erica earned her Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business.
