Eric is a senior development manager at the Kansas City office of Scannell Properties. He is responsible for site selection, land acquisition, entitlements and business development associated with projects throughout the Kanas City, Oklahoma, and Tulsa markets.
Eric has more than 20 years of experience in industrial construction and real estate development. Prior to Scannell Properties, he served as senior manager-real estate development at Bluescope Properties Group, where he led industrial development projects throughout the country. Earlier in his career, Eric held various development and project management roles at Copaken Brooks, JLL and JE Dunn.
Eric earned his Bachelor of Science in Construction Science and Management from Kansas State University, an MBA from Rockhurst University and a Masters in Real Estate Development from the University of Denver.
