Don Tuttle is director of Cold Storage, overseeing construction management, cost estimation and contract negotiations for all Cold Storage/Temperature Controlled Scannell projects. In addition, Don, based in Scannell Properties’ Kansas City office, is responsible for business development of Cold Storage and Food & Beverage industries.
Over the past 30 years, Don has been directly involved with more than 200 projects spanning more than 25 million square feet and exceeding $2 billion. He has managed projects including cold storage/temperature controlled, industrial facilities, multi-story commercial, institutional facilities and tenant finishes.
Don is LEED AP BD+C certified. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Texas Christian University.
