David is a managing director in the Indianapolis office in charge of managing and growing Scannell’s development and investment platform within the multifamily sector. He is responsible for securing new development and investment opportunities while managing its execution through strategic partnerships and key industry relationships.
David started the multifamily team at Scannell in 2015 and has led the development team in delivering more than 9,000 beds. Total transaction volume under his leadership exceed $2 billion, including both market rate multifamily and purpose-built student housing projects.
