Dash Krause is a development manager in Scannell’s Dallas office. His responsibilities include identifying potential development opportunities and leading the entire development process including land acquisition, due diligence, entitlements, lease negotiations, and construction and client services.
Prior to joining Scannell Properties, Dash was a director at Texsun Holdings, overseeing a 2,700-unit portfolio of value-add multifamily properties. Prior to Texsun, Dash was an associate at Harbert Management Corporation, an institutional real estate private equity fund. Dash started his real estate career as a Development Analyst at Cypress Equities, where he focused solely on the development 20 Walmart Neighborhood Market build-to-suits across the Southeast.
Dash received his Masters of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University and his Bachelor of Arts from The University of Texas at Austin. He is an active member of NAIOP.
